What is Included?
12-Week Nutrition Plan
No restrictive diets or boring meal plans. You will be provided with a customizable nutrition plan, which lets YOU chose the foods you love and enjoy- every day! BikiniBod comes with a flexible dieting nutrition formula to calculate the number of calories you require in each of the three phases. You will also be provided with a macronutrient guide to calculate the optimal macronutrient ratio (we will tell you how much protein, fat, and carbs you should eat each day and you pick the foods you want). No restrictions!
12-Week Workout Plan.
BikiniBod comes complete with a 12 week, 3 phase workout plan designed to burn fat and build lean, sexy muscle. The workouts change once every phase in order to prime your body for muscle building and fat loss. Each progressive phase was designed to work in sequence to get you that BikiniBod you have always desired. Each workout takes only one hour a day, 5 times a week. No silly “toning exercises” or endless amount of boring useless cardio. Our three phase program is designed to make you FITTER, STRONGER, and MORE CONFIDENT.

Macronutrient Substitution Guide
BikiniBod comes with a list of macro substitutions to make creating your own meal plans THAT much easier. You will be provided with a HUGE list of high, low, and moderate fat meat sources, various fat sources, carb sources, and protein sources. No more guessing what you need to eat to fill your diet. We tell you EXACTLY what a portion size of fat, veggies, fruit, protein, and carbs are.

Need help thinking of meal ideas? Don’t worry! BikiniBod comes with a list of over 40 different, easy to make, quick, healthy, and affordable meal ideas. Never again will you be stuck looking in your fridge wondering what to eat. Meal and snack ideas range from 100 to 500 calories.
