Workout & Cardio Plan: Each workout takes only 1 hour a day, five times a week. This program is INTENSE and designed to only be completed for 4 weeks in a row, after that move onto a less intense program to prevent burn-out.
Nutrition Plan: No restrictive diets or boring meal plans. You will be provided with a customizable macronutrient nutrition plan, which lets YOU chose the foods you love and enjoy- every day!
